Terms of Service
Effective April 26, 2026. This is operational site policy, not a substitute for attorney-reviewed legal language.
1. Community Purpose
SPF5 exists to document and share positive experiences around music, events, travel, outdoor adventures, and the people who make those memories worth keeping. By using SPF5, creating an account, posting, reacting, uploading media, or viewing member pages, you agree to these Terms.
2. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. Do not impersonate another person, misrepresent your identity, use another person's account without permission, or attempt to bypass site controls, moderation decisions, rate limits, upload restrictions, or access restrictions.
SPF5 is intended for users who can lawfully participate in an online community. The site is not directed to children under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without appropriate consent, we may remove the account and associated information as required or appropriate.
3. Content Rights and Permission to Use
By uploading, posting, or sharing content on SPF5, you confirm that you have the right to share it and you grant SPF5 permission to store, display, process, edit for presentation, archive, reuse, and promote that content for site features, recaps, community pages, discovery tools, and related SPF5 purposes.
Do not upload or post content that you do not own or do not have permission to share. Do not post private information about another person without permission, including addresses, phone numbers, financial information, private messages, credentials, government IDs, or other sensitive personal details.
4. Acceptable Use and Community Conduct
Keep the site constructive. SPF5 is for positive experiences, shared memories, music, travel, adventure, and community connection. Harassment, threats, abuse, bullying, targeted humiliation, stalking, doxxing, hate-based attacks, non-consensual content, spam, scams, malware, illegal activity, or content intended to embarrass, exploit, intimidate, or harm others is not allowed.
Moderators, admins, and personal page owners may remove posts, images, videos, comments, reactions, or links that they determine are negative, unsafe, disruptive, off-topic, misleading, invasive, or inconsistent with the purpose of the site.
5. Sexual Content, Exploitation, and Child Safety
Sexually explicit material is not allowed on SPF5. This includes pornography, graphic sexual activity, sexual solicitation, fetish content, sexual services, non-consensual intimate imagery, voyeuristic content, or content that sexualizes another person without consent. Nudity or partial nudity may be removed at moderator discretion even when it is not intended to be sexual.
Content involving minors must be safe, respectful, and non-sexual. Any content that depicts, solicits, promotes, normalizes, jokes about, links to, threatens, or appears to involve child sexual abuse material, sexual exploitation of a minor, grooming, trafficking, sextortion, or sexualized minors is strictly prohibited and may be preserved, removed, reported to appropriate authorities, and referred to law enforcement.
Do not upload or share AI-generated, edited, deepfake, cartoon, fictionalized, or altered sexual content involving or appearing to involve minors. Do not request, joke about, trade, describe how to find, or link to such material.
6. Media Uploads and Technical Restrictions
Uploads are limited to images and videos. Executables, archives, scripts, documents, binaries, malware, tracking payloads, or disguised non-media files are not permitted. SPF5 may inspect file type, extension, size, and file signature before accepting uploads.
You may not attempt to upload malicious files, exploit the upload system, overload the service, scrape private data, probe for vulnerabilities, interfere with moderation, or access non-public areas of the site.
7. Privacy, Referral Data, and Communications
SPF5 uses account, referral, traffic, preference, device, and content data to operate the site, protect accounts, understand how people found us, moderate content, provide notifications, improve community features, and maintain site integrity. We do not sell your personal data.
We may store basic referral and source information, including QR/referral codes, social campaign labels, search/referrer data, landing URLs, browser user agent, device information, and similar operational metadata. This information is used for onboarding stats, analytics, security, fraud prevention, moderation context, and site improvement.
If you enable email notifications or receive account-related messages, SPF5 may send transactional, relationship, or site-related email. You can adjust notification preferences in your profile settings where available.
8. Moderation, Bans, Blocks, and Appeals
SPF5 admins may remove content, restrict posting, ban an account from posting, block login access, disable referral links, delete or anonymize account information, or revoke access at their discretion to protect users, personal pages, event archives, site operations, or legal compliance.
Personal page owners may moderate content on their own pages where SPF5 provides those controls. Admin decisions override personal page owner decisions when needed for site safety, policy enforcement, or legal compliance.
If your account is restricted, you may contact the admins from your profile settings when that option is available. Reinstatement is not guaranteed. If an account is reinstated and later violates these Terms again, the next restriction may be permanent.
9. Account Deletion
You may request account deletion from your profile settings. Deletion is irreversible. SPF5 may remove or anonymize account identity and access information while preserving records or content necessary for site integrity, moderation history, security, legal compliance, backups, or existing shared community context.
10. Service Changes and Availability
SPF5 is provided as-is. Features, pages, data structure, moderation tools, notification behavior, access, and availability may change as the site evolves, during maintenance, or in response to abuse, legal, privacy, or security issues.
11. Policy Updates
These Terms may be updated as SPF5 changes or as legal, safety, or operational needs develop. Continued use of the site after updates means you accept the updated Terms.
